You deserve to live fully and freely.

As a psychiatrist, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. My passion is helping people rediscover and reconnect with their true selves while building greater insights and strengths along the way.

In addition to treating common psychiatric conditions such as anxiety and depression, I also focus on ADHD, LGBTQ issues, and addiction.

I believe in a shared-decision making approach meaning that your opinion is not only valued, but integral to the treatment process. Whether you are comfortable with medications or have some reservations, I will be happy to walk you through your options and help you choose the best treatment for you.
